OUR PROCESS
From the initial inquiry to completing the final steps, we work as a team with each of our clients. We have been called a ‘well oiled machine’ and we work diligently to uphold that statement!
Once you have reached out, we set a time to get together in your home. There we listen to your vision, discuss timeline, your budget, and set fair expectations. When you decide to move forward we move into the design and proposal phase.
After taking measurements, we pass your information to one of our designers qualified for your specific need. After the design is completed, we meet together to present the design along with 3D images and renderings to help you see the final look. We present the budget, timeline and make the adjustments necessary to make it fit your vision.
We make staying in your home as long as possible without interruption our initial priority. Our design team will take you to select all the necessary finishes, from flooring, countertops, backsplash, exterior finishes, whatever is needed to complete the project. When we know the delivery timeframe for all the materials, we work our time line starting from that date. This keeps you in your existing working space as long as possible. Once the project starts all the specific trades will have been scheduled to keep the timeline moving forward. We know from personal experience how inconvenient not having a kitchen sink can be, we want you to feel that inconvenience for the least time possible!
